Our mind is our most powerful tool, and if we train it properly, it can turn negative thoughts to positive ones, and help us get our emotions in tip top shape! In my second blog for Dr Drew’s Lifechangers, I explore exercises that are meant to help with your emotional fitness.

Recent studies have shown that 95 percent of girls between 16 and 25 want to change their bodies in some way. Does hating yourself burn any more calories loving yourself? No! Why spend all that emotional energy on negativity, when positivity will help you reach your goals?
