Different Exercises For Different Body Types

Part of my philosophy is embracing the body type you were born with. If you’re 5’2″ and pear-shaped, aiming to look like a 5’11″ supermodel is just going to set yourself up for frustration. My main goal in these exercises for body types is to help women become the best version of themselves – what could be more beautiful than that? :)
